Fantasy Tower

There's a woman by the the name of Theresa that works the late night shift. She provided me with some of the best customer service I ever experienced. She was able to help me switch rooms. Very sweet, kind, and attentive. She made my stay much more enjoyable. Will definitely be back. If you're reading this Theresa, thank you and I'm very grateful for your customer service. You're awesome

Nice, clean room. We had a cute Dumbo theme. The phone didn't work at first but they were really good about sending someone up to fix it. The staff all had wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again

Small, but delightful rooms. The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet, which is nice. This is the main building of the Disneyland hotel, so very close to the monorail, parking, and Disney convention center. Everything is very whimsical and decorated with Disney magic. 1 star off because the rooms are small, and all the amenities still have lines, even just to get snacks by the pool. They also don't let you use rafts in the pool, and by Sat at noon there were no chairs left to even leave towels or anything.

First night here and it has been a wonderful experience. The customer service is above and beyond and the beds are comfortable. The finishings are cute with Mickey ears incorporated into the carpet and bathroom handles. The pools are beautiful and easy to access. I’m looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Great location. Staying on property is a must due to the outside neighborhood being very sketchy. Also it has other perks. You can safely walk to downtown Disney and California adventure in less than 10 minutes and the monorail is even closer than that! Friendly staff everywhere you go and it was clean and modern. Pools were beautiful. Avoid that Goofy character breakfast place unless you want to drop 200 bucks for 3 people's breakfast! Overall a great time!

Stayed here with our kids for a week in Disneyland. Didn't realize how long of a walk it was to the park entrances, so we will probably choose somewhere else next time. The hotel is nice, the pools & water slides were great. Did room service breakfast some of the mornings so we could get right into the park at open, and it was pretty good - food wasn't amazing, but service and convenience made it work out well.

Stayed in the fantasy tower with concierge level. It was amazing. The service and hospitality were bar none. The location makes it worth every penny. I would highly recommend paying for the concierge level upgrade. The only issue I have with the Disneyland hotel is the bath towels. They are thin and hard as a rock. Paying over $800/night, I would expect big fluffy towels. Several of our towels were so this and used, there were holes in them due to use. Other than that, perfect place to stay.
